- The wait in the wine cellar for a reasoned time helps to bring out its refined bouquet which helps to intensify its texture.
- Organoleptic properties:
- The harmonic taste and the typical violet bouquet are enriched by its deep apparel and its intense red colour. It reaches perfection when its original tannic taste gives way to a more pleasant and mellow flavour.
