Typical red winemaking characterized by a strong pressing of the grapes and by a long maceration in temperature-controlled wine-makers. The assembling are reasoned along with how the fermentation and the racking goes.
Refinement:
The wait in the wine cellar for a reasoned time helps to bring out its refined bouquet which helps to intensify its texture.
Organoleptic properties:
The harmonic taste and the typical violet bouquet are enriched by its deep apparel and its intense red colour. It reaches perfection when its original tannic taste gives way to a more pleasant and mellow flavour.
