Vinification:

This is a sparkling rosé made from our best red grapes vinified in white. Soft pressing preserves and enhances the finesse of the aroma, ensuring a mild flavour.

Refinement:

The residual sugars needed for refermentation are ensured through a cryomaceration process during primary fermentation. This is the most suitable procedure for obtaining a quality sparkling wine.

Organoleptic properties:

Dramino Rosa is a delicate and sweet wine, pleasing and fresh to the sense of taste and has an exquisit aroma. Young and light it is appreciated in every situation.
