- The “spumante” base is better expressed with the method used upon the whole grape, manually harvested. A soft pressing and the fermentation that occurs at 16° C do the rest.
- After the fermentation it gets clearer in steel tanks which help to preserve its freshness and make it ready for the “presa di spuma” in autoclave.
- Organoleptic properties:
- The apotheosis of its lively and exuberant bubbles pleases the taster's palate. Rounded and with a persistence flavour in the mouth, it inebriates with the fine fruity aroma.
- Alcohol content:
- Ideal for all social drinking it is usually drunk as an aperitif but it is also served with desserts, start-ers and fish and white meat dishes.
Serve fresh at about 10° C.
