Pressing of the grapes selected from different white grape varieties produces a free-run must that, once clarified, ferments at a controlled temperature and in the presence of selected yeasts.

Refinement:

After a short maturation it is ready to the next “presa di spuma”.

Organoleptic properties:

Sweet, aromatic and full of bubbles: it is appreciated especially for its fruity and fresh taste.

11,5%
