- The method consists in a strong pressing of selected Merlot grapes and in an extended contact with the vinasse during the entire process of fermentation: a process that helps us to produce this rich and promising wine.
- Going along with its natural process, Melot is seasoned until it reaches its organoleptic maturity.
- Organoleptic properties:
- Clear wine, characterized by its peculiar ruby-red colour and its tempting aroma which is typical of this vine variety.
The flavour of this wine recalls the one of autumn berries, of jasmine and of ripe red fruits. Merlot, with its mellow and rich taste is the perfect wine for every situation.
- Alcohol content:
- Thanks to its natural aroma it is perfect for wine tasting or to be paired with a good fillet, aged cheese or a considerable meat based dish.
Serve at 16° - 18° C.
