Vinification:
After the early harvesting, the grapes are pressed and put through fermentation in steel tanks in contact with the skins. It is racked once it gets the right colour and the right tannic level.
Refinement:
For a first period of maturation it stands in our tanks waiting for the fermentation that occurs using the Charmat method.
Organoleptic properties:
The deep ruby red colour and its aroma that reminds of blackberries, raspberries and marasca berries make this raboso frizzante a young and lively wine.

11,5%

wine-pairing:
It's a great match for grilled beef and fresh cheese.
Serve fresh but not cold, at about 10 - 12° C.
